Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the MowSeason platform and of this website. In force since March 2, 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms form the agreement between MLJ, SASU, a simplified joint stock company registered in Paris under SIREN 934 769 837, and the company that subscribes to MowSeason. By opening an account, by submitting the contact form on this site, or by using any part of the platform, you accept these terms on behalf of your business and confirm that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Full publisher identification appears on the legal notice.
2. What the service is
MowSeason is a web based platform for lawn care and landscaping companies. It lets an operator assemble seasonal service packages from mowing visits, mulch installations, spring and fall cleanups, aeration, hedge rounds and similar work, send those packages to property owners as digital agreements for signature, schedule the recurring visits behind each signed agreement on a seven, ten or fourteen day cycle, group those visits into crew routes, shift routes when weather thresholds are crossed, notify affected customers, capture add on work performed at the property, and produce the invoices that follow.
MowSeason is a scheduling, sales and record keeping tool. It is not a payment institution, not an insurer, not an accounting firm and not a legal adviser. Card and bank payments taken from your customers are processed by third party payment providers under your own merchant agreements, and funds reach your bank account and never ours. You remain solely responsible for the work you perform on a property, for the accuracy of the prices you set and for compliance with the licensing, pesticide, employment and tax rules that apply to your business.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Accounts are for businesses, not for consumers. You must be at least eighteen years old and operating a lawn care, landscaping or grounds maintenance company to subscribe. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you give us, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account by your staff. Tell us immediately at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MowSeason to send unsolicited bulk messages, to upload material you have no right to use, to reverse engineer or copy the platform, to probe or interfere with its security, to resell access without a written agreement with us, or to store special categories of personal data such as health information. Customer notifications sent through the platform must relate to work you are contracted to perform. We may suspend an account that puts the service, other subscribers or property owners at risk, and where circumstances allow we will warn you first.
5. Subscription tiers and billing
MowSeason is sold on three monthly tiers, priced in United States dollars: Solo Crew at $29 per month, Two Crews at $69 per month, and Full Season at $139 per month. The tier is determined by the number of dispatched crew calendars in use, not by the number of properties, agreements or property owners in your account, all of which are unlimited on every tier.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance from the date you subscribe, and each period renews automatically until you cancel. There is no setup fee and no annual commitment. If you move to a higher tier during a period, the change takes effect immediately and the difference is applied to the next invoice. If you move to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the start of the next period. Prices exclude any taxes that apply where your business is established; where we are required to collect a tax, it is added to the invoice.
If a payment fails, we retry it and notify the billing contact on the account. Access may be limited after fifteen days of non payment, and the account may be closed after sixty days, at which point the export rules in section seven apply.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the billing screen inside the platform, with no phone call, no cancellation form and no notice period. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your account remains fully usable until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the remainder of a started month. Seasonal operators may instead pause an account outside the growing season, which preserves the data and suspends billing until the account is reopened.
7. Your data
Property records, customer contacts, signed agreements, visit histories, job photographs, notes and pricing you enter into MowSeason belong to your company. We claim no ownership of them. We process them only to operate the service for you, to provide support and to keep the platform secure. You may export the whole account to CSV at any time from inside the product, and after an account closes the export stays available for ninety days. Personal data collected through this website is described in the privacy policy.
We may produce aggregated, anonymized statistics across accounts, for example median package prices by region, and publish them. Such statistics never identify your company, your customers or your properties.
8. Availability and support
We target 99.9 percent monthly availability outside planned maintenance, and we do not deploy changes during the first three weeks of the spring growth flush. Planned maintenance is announced by email at least forty eight hours in advance and is scheduled outside United States business hours wherever possible. Support is provided by email at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com and answered within one business day; Full Season subscribers get a named onboarding contact for their first season.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLJ, SASU disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that weather forecasts consumed by the routing engine will prove accurate, or that a rescheduled route will suit every property owner. Weather data comes from third party sources and is a forecast, not a promise.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLJ, SASU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profit, lost customers, lost revenue from missed visits, or the cost of substitute services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MLJ, SASU harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, from the work your crews perform on a property, from the content of the agreements and notifications you send to your customers, and from your handling of your customers' personal data.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Material changes are announced by email to the account contact at least thirty days before they take effect. Continuing to use MowSeason after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they take effect under section six.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their formation, interpretation, performance or termination falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, even where there are several defendants or a third party is brought into the proceedings. The parties will attempt an amicable settlement in good faith before starting proceedings.
